Project ORCHID provides support to implementing partners in creating an enabling environment for HRGs including through activities such as the facilitating the formation of district level advocacy and rapid response teams that respond to incidents of violence or harassment experienced by community members. Through the strengthening of district level advocacy committees and rapid response teams, vulnerability of HRGs will be reduced and harm reduction services will be more accessible – thus improving coverage of HRGs and contributing to HIV prevention impact. Project ORCHID will provide legal support to the community by networking with lawyers groups formed in the two states.
