Background:
Eureka Life foundation (ELF), established in 2001 is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under society’s registration Act 1860 and as amended vide Nagaland (First amendment) Act 1969 With its head office in Phek, Nagaland.
It is a non-sectarian and non-profit making organization confined to social and Welfare of youths, women and children, aged people and HIV/AIDS victims.

Since inception the Organization has been working for the weaker section of the society in the field of socio-economic development by establishing various activities. The organization has also been actively organizing programs that have been organized for the weaker section of the society, so as to eradicate the present condition of social and economic problem of the society.

Objective:

• to prevent transmission of HIV and STI among Injecting Drug User & Female Sex Workers
